They have a polypropylene felt sole and cost $119.95

STL PLUS wading boots feature leather uppers treated for water resistance and coupled with Chotas Quicklace system provide superior lateral support. This lightweight but heavy duty wading shoe features newly designed rubber cleat bases which allow for the removal or addition of Chotas specially designed, hard cased STL cleats.
