Mick Hall's Penstock Brown Comp Dun is a parachute styled mayfly pattern. With some foam and poly-yarn in the wingpost this Dun will float all day. 

Probably the most used nymph where Mayflies are present. A must for every fly box.

This Mayfly imitation is perfect for the lighter colored naturals. Its also good to have A few in the fly box when decade is and grass moths are hatching.

A fantastic attractor pattern that floats high and easy to see. A perfect searching pattern. A great alternative to grasshopper pattern.

Mick Hall's Peeping Stick Caddis is Mick's take on the stick caddis nymph. Caddis can be found in just about every trout stream in the world and caddis nymphs are a  big part of a trout diet.

Manic Tackles Quill Spinner is a smaller parachute styled mayfly pattern. A great high country fly for smaller creeks and streams.

OTB (Orange Tungsten Bead) Hare & Copper. The good old reliable Hare & Copper with a bright tungsten bead. Great early and late river season fly.

Craig's Nighttime is great fly for after dark. A baby pattern that mimics subsurface feed for big trout. Slowly retrieved back this fly will get some very big fish.

Bushys Emerger is an awesome mayfly emerger pattern. A low riding fly that is irresistible to even te most picky trout. 

The Wooly Bugger is probably the world most fished fly. This versatile pattern is essential for every fly fishers flybox.  Baitfish, mudeyes, damselflies, big nymphs, you could even fish one dry as a caterpillar! This is the only fly you need!

Orange & Partridge Soft Hackle

Mick Hall's Green Water Beetle is a nice gum beetle imitation up here in the Snowy Mountains. Fishes just below the surface in still or fast water. 

The Bead Head Woolly Bugger in Olive & Black is another great mudeye imitation that can be fished in all water. The brass bead head will get this fly down deep. 

Mick's Scruffy is another Mick Hall creation. A great caddis nymph. Very 'Buggy with a small glass bead. Good shallow water nymph. 

Manic Tackles Ultimate Egg patterns are a lighter weight egg imitation that will fish well behind a heavier egg or nymph. Good early and late river season fly. 

A Humpy style fly that is a must have if travelling  across the ditch to New Zealand. Also a great aussie fly for fishing the summer months. 

The Iron Maiden in green is a perfect caddis nymph designed to be fished deep. A great nymph for "Euro style" nymphing.

Mick Hall's Para Caddis is a killer during the caddis hatches in the local streams. This emerger/parachute style of fly is essential for the flybox. 

The Red Tag fly is one of the best beetle imitations you can fish. A simple but effective fly for all year round. 

The Woolly Bugger is one of the most widely used flies in the world. Tied as a baitfish/mudeye imitation this fly does it all. If you don't have wooly buggers in your box you need to.

Noel's Knobby is a spun deer hair grasshopper pattern that floats like a boat. The yellow chenille body is the perfect color for our local grasshoppers. 

• This little Wulff is perfect for high alpine creeks where the mayflies are smaller and the presentation is key to success. 

The Muddler Mudeye sits in the film and is neutrally buoyant. A larger deer hair muddler pattern. 

Bushy's Midge Ball is a great alternative to the Griffiths Gnat. Perfect for midging trout.

Mick Hall's Chaser is lean bodied baitfish pattern. Works great in just about all water anywhere in the world. 

The Mrs Simpson is a great mudeye imitation. This killer pattern is great fish in the weeds for trout looking for mudeyes and damselflies. 

The CDC Caddis in brown is a natural coloured caddis pattern that will sit in the film. The CDC wing will help keep this fly floating. Untreated, this fly will also fish well as a nymph/emerger.
